I'll launch with the first blog post of our FLC.  We should use this blog as an opportunity to reflect on the process of innovating, remodeling, implementing, and assessing our teaching strategies.  What have you found to be truly effective in your classes?  What data (quantitative and/or qualitative) have you collected (or plan to collect) show the impact of the strategy on student learning?  What experiences did you have when you first tried your strategy - the good, the bad, and the ugly?  How do plan on improving the strategy?  What feedback would you like from us?

I envision that this website will be one of our major "products" from our FLC.  One of our charges as members of the FLC program is to write a reflection piece about this year's FLC.  By contributing to this Blog with your on-going reflection pieces and feedback to others' posts, I believe we will be meeting this goal.
